Promotions & Bonuses
Bingo sites, especially those as long in the business as Dinky Bingo, can’t stop competing with each other in offering incentives for new players. Bonus cash, free spins, free games, you name it, we’ve seen it.
That’s why, when working on our Dinky Bingo review, we were pleasantly surprised to find a nice combo welcome offer on this bingo site. It’s a pretty straightforward welcome bonus: Deposit at least £10 and get a £10 bingo bonus, 20 free spins for one of more than 500 slots, and additional five free tickets for the site’s big £10,000 jackpot game. You get all that at the same time and have seven days to meet the wagering requirements and turn your winnings into real cash. Just be sure to use the code DINKY when placing your first deposit to activate the promotion.
Apart from the Dinky Bingo welcome bonus, no other bonuses are listed on the website. Fret not, as Dinky Bingo cares for its regulars and, instead of having fixed bonuses, it sends offers via email and SMS directly to its players. This is the reason you’re required to provide so many contact details when creating an account. Personalized offers are quite a unique concept that makes players more inclined to stay with Dinky for a bit longer and get rewarded for their patronage.
Registration Process & User Experience
Speaking of creating an account and grabbing those Dinky Bingo promotions, the process may take you more than a few minutes. You’ll need to provide your date of birth, address, email, phone number, and even your job title for some reason, which weirded us out a bit.
After your registration, you’ll be greeted with a neat interface through which you can select to play bingo or slots and then further browse through the game selection by various categories. It’s all very logically organized, without overcrowding the screen, and you don’t need to download anything on your smartphone - it all works straight from the website.
Players from outside of the UK are allowed to play at dinkybingo.com, too. The site doesn’t outright forbid players from any country in the world from playing, although in its Terms & Conditions, it does state that it keeps the right to close the accounts of players coming from countries where payment fraud is common. That list, unfortunately, isn’t publicly available.
Game Selection
Dinky Bingo, as we’ve mentioned before, offers both bingo and slot games. And what a selection it is! There are 30 bingo rooms available, each unique and exclusive to this site, so you know this is top-notch stuff and not some off-the-shelf bingo. There are two main Dinky Bingo games available - 90-ball and 75-ball bingo - with rooms offering a nice variety of jackpots, chat games, and gimmicks. Competitive players can enjoy weekly tournaments, while beginners can hone their bingo skills in several free-bingo rooms.
Jackpot-wise, the variety is excellent. Every player will be able to find a jackpot bingo room that suits their playstyle and, more importantly, their budget. Bingo tickets start at just 1p, while daily jackpots can reach £1,000 if you play in the Wishful Thursday room.
As for the slot section, it houses more than 500 games, including fan favourites, such as Starburst and Eye of Horus. The Dinky Bingo site even offers a few scratch games, with new games being added on a regular basis. If you fancy a certain game, you can add it to your favourites to quickly hop back in whenever you want.
Payment Options
Of course, before you can start playing bingo, you first need to (re)charge your account. Dinky Bingo accepts many payment methods for both deposits and withdrawals:
- Debit cards
- PayPal
- Paysafecard
- Neteller
- Wire transfer
- Apple Pay
- Interac (Canada only)
- Phone
The minimum Dinky Bingo deposit and withdrawal is set at £5, but there are no upper limits as to how much you can send and receive in a single payment. While the site doesn’t charge any fees, withdrawing your winnings can take more than a few days. The site initially processes your request for up to two business days, and then, depending on your banking option, it may take up to 10 business days for the money to reach you.
Depending on where you are in the world, you can choose among several currencies: GBP, EUR, CAD, and USD. Your choice of currency is permanent and can’t be changed during Dinky Bingo withdrawal, so choose carefully during registration.
Customer Support
Dinky Bingo is a beginner-friendly site with lots of guides and a detailed FAQ section. Naturally, this doesn’t cover any potential issues or certain questions you might need help resolving. That’s when you’ll need to contact the customer support team.
Support is available via email, live chat, and phone, with the latter two options being the fastest way to get your issue resolved. Calling the support agents is toll-free if you’re from the UK. We were surprised to see that Dinky Bingo’s customer support isn’t available 24/7 like some of its games. Instead, live chat and phone support are available from 10 a.m. to 2 a.m., while email responses may take up to 72 hours.
Final Ahoy Ruling
There’s so much to like about Dinky Bingo: It’s a well-designed bingo site, with lots of games and, obviously, lots of ways to win big. With a worldwide audience and constant promotions, this site is running strong after more than 20 years in the business.
As we’ve mentioned previously in our Dinky Bingo review, the only real downsides are a tad slower withdrawal processing and non-global customer support, but the benefits highly outweigh the drawbacks. A fun and likeable bingo site through and through.
